Yeast is eukaryotic microoranisms that utilized by human since civilization was started. Beer and bread feds mankind with yeast. Especailly Saccharomyces cerevisiae converts carbon hydrates, for example, glucose to CO₂ and C₂H₆O. In other case, Candida albicans is used for eukarotic researches. Nowadays they are focused for biofuel and biomass industry.
